The Peached Tortilla brings an exciting mix of flavors to you for lunch today. Inspired by a childhood spent in both Japan and Georgia, owner Eric Silverstein, fuses Asian and southern soul food flavors. Together with chef Timothy Fowler, most recently a chef instructor at the Texas Culinary Academy, the two offer a menu of delicious gourmet treats. Choose from tacos and sliders that include crowd pleasers such as the bbq brisket (tender cut brisket, creamy jalapeno slaw, smoky roasted peach bbq sauce) and the bahn mi (Vietnamese braised pork belly, pickled daikon and carrot salad, sriracha mayo and cilantro). They are just a few weeks old but are already generating buzz from Austin food bloggers.
